Heather Wood is the Chief Managing Member and CEO of CannaGroup 180 LLC, bringing more than a decade of verified executive leadership and budget management to the firm. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, her credentials include ten years as Chief Executive Officer of the Heartwing Center, where she maintained board accountability, multi-program oversight, and direct management of complex operational budgets.
Her institutional leadership extends to the United Way Board Committee, a Strategic Planning Committee, and the JEDI-B (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) Committee, which she chaired. She also founded the Franklin County Domestic Violence Task Force. Heather brings that same standard of accountability, compliance, and measurable results to every CannaGroup 180 engagement.
